How does this all work? How do you send traffic to my website?

We deliver visitors using 2 very different methods. Every targeted campaign is deliver visitors via Redirects from abandoned domain names. Mainstream traffic is delivered via real full page load pop-unders.

For our mainstream campaigns, we have established a large network of web sites that will display the pop unders that you purchase from us. When these websites get traffic, your website will also open up as another webpage.

More effective and less intrusive is our targeted traffic delivered using redirected visitors from abandoned domains. Also, everyday we purchase abandoned domain names that have traffic on them. We purchase them to either resell them or to redirect the traffic to your website. These domain names had a previous website on them previously that fits into our targeted categories. Basically, we redirect that traffic coming from these websites to your website. When you make a purchase, one of our IT specialists will visit your website and, whether you specified a target or not, we will target it further so that we send you the very best visitors. It is in our best interest to do so, if you generate sales or contacts chances are you'll be back for another purchase. These abandoned domains have traffic on them, and the previous owners either listed them on search engines, on lists and marketed them so you now reap their hard work by having us direct this traffic to your website. This type of redirection is very effective because it does not interrupt the web user's online experience.

What is a visit? Is that the same as a hit?
Visit - these are QUALITY visitors that many services cannot offer (or, they trick you into thinking that they are sending high quality visitors). Where does your traffic come from?

We are very proud of the traffic we offer. We do not have "secret sources" or "secret methods" for generating traffic. Our traffic is derived from hard work. Period. You deserve to know the source of the traffic so that you can make an informed business decision when purchasing it. Our traffic comes from expired domain names and our large network of busy websites. When someone creates a website, they generally register a domain name to go along with it. The owner must pay a nominal fee every year to keep their domain name (about $9-$30, depending on where they bought the name). If the owner does not pay the annual fee, the domain registrar will put the name on hold. With most registrars, an "on hold" domain stops working. Most registrars allow an additional grace period of 30-90 days for the domain owner to pay the annual fee. During this period, the registrar will generally contact the domain owner many times with attempts to get them to pay the fee and reactivate the domain name. If the domain owner fails to pay on time, and fails to respond during the 30-90 day hold period, the registrar will drop the domain name. At this point, anyone can register the name. We assume that the previous owner no longer wants a dropped name and we will register the name if we feel that it will generate traffic. After we own the name, we direct it to our server and send out the traffic to the campaigns we serve. This traffic is the very best clean traffic.

As well just as important as traffic quality is targeting. There are basically two things you need to consider when you think about traffic targeting. One is where the traffic comes from and the other is how the visitors are "chosen" to see your site. You may not know this, but many companies will try to fool you into thinking visitors are coming to your site by putting your site in a mini frame with a hundred others, using a script to generate hit after hit, etc. Try asking the competition where the visitors come from, we bet they won't tell you. I have not received my login and password, what should I do?

Please use the same email to pay and communicate with us at all times. The number 1 reason why many customers do not receive their logins and passwords after an order is placed and/or place customer support inquiries and we are unable to assist them right away is because they are using different emails than the ones they used to place their order. Please use the same email with us all the time, our databases work off the email address you provided to us when processing the order. We have no way or time for figuring out if two or more separate emails are from the same customer/account.

Do you guarantee that I will generate more sales?

No. We do not guarantee anyone that they will generate more sales. However, we do guarantee delivery of the full amount of web traffic service that you have purchased or we will refund you prorated. In such rare case that we cannot complete the full delivery of service within specified time, we can either refund you or continue your service delivery until the web traffic service is complete. You have the choice to make that decision. Please note that sales on a website will depend on many factors including the website product, content, load time, layout, product pricing, presentation, service and more factors. We will provide the service of sending visitors to your website, your job is to generate these visitors into customers and we'll do our best to achieve that. Remember, web traffic does mirror a 'billboard' ad. We recommend that (if possible) that you generate a special ad page for your web traffic campaign (instead of sending them to your websites main page) that may include a super special, an outstanding product or tope seller, weekly special or one time offer. Consider a web traffic campaign like a newspaper or billboard ad when you drive by on the highway, you have to get them interested to stay and make that purchase within seconds.

What if my server goes down?

We can't be held liable in these cases. Please be sure that your server can handle the actual number of visits before purchasing. However, in the occurrence of a server outage or some other foreseeable problem, you can always just put your campaign on pause until the problem is fixed.

Why does my hit counter not match up with your stats?

There are many reasons that a visitor will not register with your server

* A user cancels out the window before your site loads
* The user is on a slow connection and the request times out
* The user is behind an ISP with a proxy ex. AOL
* The user's browser served the request from cache instead of from your server
* Your site was unavailable at the time of request
* Your tracking software could not handle concurrent connections

You are guaranteed that we will send the number of visitors to the URL you specify within 30 business days or otherwise specified. This is the only guarantee for this service. We cannot be responsible in any way for the URL actually loading in the visitor's browser. As a consequence, it is possible that not all visitors sent will create an actual count. Even if the visitor closes the window before it completely loads due to slow loading, large graphic files or general lack of interest, that it will still count as a delivered visitor on our system as we have sent the user to your site and therefore fulfilled our obligation. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the package, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If we are unable to deliver the number of visitors promised within 30 days, you may claim a refund. In the unlikely event that we do not deliver the number of visitors promised, we will provide a refund of your entire purchase price on a pro-rata basis. In cases where refunds are claimed, we reserve the right to require proof that the proper number of visitors were not delivered. Stats, data and other information from third party counters (e.g. Extreme-DM.com, hitbox, HyperTracker, Free-Stats) are not sufficient to establish a claim. These counting systems tend to yield an improper count.

When you purchase a campaign you understand and agree that the statistics system utilized by we will serve as the official record of traffic delivered.

We will not be held responsible for traffic not received on your campaign page but sent from our ad server during down time on any components on the Internet or on a clients site for any reason and any traffic delivered under these conditions will not be credited or refunded.

All traffic will be delivered to the website address submitted with the order. In the event that there is an error with the submitted URL, the Client will not hold us responsible for the error. Any traffic delivered to a Client's site reflecting the above error, will not be credited or entitled to a refund. In the event that the Client's site becomes unavailable for any reason, like 'server is down or unavailable, timed out, or shows to be active but with internal server errors, 404 errors and other types of common or uncommon errors associated with the internet and its underlying infrastructure', the Client will not hold us responsible for these errors. All and any traffic delivered to the Client's site during this down time will not be credited or refunded.

We do not guarantee sales, nor will we be held responsible if none are generated. We will send visitors to your site. This is the only guarantee for this service.

We do NOT allow campaign pages with any kind of popup windows, exit windows or any other kind of extra generated window including system message windows and javascript alert windows, unless specified in the package description. Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window. You may NOT use any JavaScript to modify the window size. Your campaign page may not have any MUSIC/SOUNDS or JAVA APPLETS on the page we popup to. Attempting to use any JavaScripts that change people's homepages or add your Web site to their favorites is prohibited.
No exceptions!

If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time, We WILL stop the campaign and you will NOT be entitled to a refund.

We will not deliver general traffic to sites containing content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience unless you specific order casino or adult traffic. Inappropriate content when delivering traffic includes, but is not limited to, adult content, hate text, illegal content (in the US) and content that encourages illegal activities or violence. What constitutes inappropriate content shall be determined at our sole discretion. We will review your site before beginning the campaign. If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, we will stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you will not be provided a refund on a pro-rata basis.

We cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to deliver visitors to your URL. Such factors include, but are not limited to: downtime on your server, overuse of your bandwidth quota (if applicable), errors on your site, popup killers and network outages beyond our servers. Please contact your web hosting company or network provider if you are unsure about whether your hosting account is sufficient for the program you are ordering.

TERMINOLOGY: (1) In the present context, a visit generally occurs when a text file is loaded from your server (this includes HTML files). A hit occurs when a file is loaded from your web server. Since loading a single web page can cause several files to load (e.g. images), several hits usually occur when a page is loaded. Thus, the number of hits is always greater than (or equal to) the number of visits. The term "number of visitors" is interchangeable with the term "number of visits". Several "visits" may originate from a single IP address or individual. This generally occurs when an individual returns to or reloads a webpage. (2) "Pro-rata" refunds are calculated by dividing the number of visits we delivered by the number of visits you ordered. The result of this calculation is subtracted from 1 and the resulting figure is multiplied by your purchase price to derive the "pro-rata" refund. (3) Targeted campaigns are any campaign that is language, category, or site specific. Non-targeted are not language, category or site specific. Additionally, to qualify for a refund, you must meet the above and refund request must reach us within 90 days of purchase.

    If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any jurisdiction or government agency having jurisdiction, that particular provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make the provision valid and enforceable, and the remaining
provisions will remain in full force and effect.
